2. Re: Opinions on Oviedo and Asturias in general. The weather in the North of Spain is just as unpredictable as most of Europe. You can expect both rain and sun, but you should not get any snow!!!! Oviedo is quite small and whether a few days are more than enough is something that is a personal opinion.
Two nights in Toledo seems like a lot. Toledo is worth a visit, even an overnight if you dont want to just hit the main tourist list and leave. But I would opt to spend the extra night in Seville, or Madrid, or Zaragoza (my favorite Spanish city). The best part about Spain is that it retains its unique historical character - Toledo has a ton of it.
